If you wish to own one of the 49 devotee copies please email us before sending payment explaining your reason for wishing to possess one .

Cheques
We accept personal cheques from UK readers and ship our books when they are cleared. Please email us for our current postal address.

International Bank Transfer
If you need our IBAN and SWIFT numbers for an international bank transfer, do email us and we will provide you with them.

Installments
We understand that you may not be able to pay for a book immediately.
In that case do email us to discuss how we can reserve a copy for you.
Those who genuinely want a book are of more value to us than book collectors.
